Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 small container sour cream
5 chicken breasts
1 1/2 packs Ritz crackers
3/4 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Debone and set aside. Empty 3 cans of cream of chicken soup in large bowl.
Add small container sour cream.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add deboned chicken breasts.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. In small bowl, crush Ritz crackers and add melted butter. Sprinkle this on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
