Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes or measure out fresh ones
1 c. vinegar
2 c. white sugar
1 onion, chopped
celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper
Preparation

I add some sweet red pepper if I have it.
Gives a nice color. Boil until thick in a heavy saucepan.
