Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. tomato sauce or 2 (8 oz.) cans and 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Shape into balls.
    Put in skillet and pour remaining 2 cups tomato sauce over meatballs.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
