Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 eggs
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream the cheese, one package at a time. Gradually add flour and blend well.
    Add sugar a little at a time and blend until smooth.
    Beat in lemon juice and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs and egg yolks one at a time until fluffy.
    Pour into a spring-form pan in which the bottom has been covered with graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 200\u00b0 and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes.
    When done, run knife around outside of pan before removing.
    Pie is done when top begins to crack and turn golden brown.
    Toothpick should come out clean.
