Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine butter (melt), buttermilk and cocoa.
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add confectioners sugar.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Spread on top of cake.
May need to add 1 additional cup of powdered sugar to make icing more thick texture.
