Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake, torn in pieces
    2 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. strawberries, sliced thin
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Toss berries with 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice. Stir 1 to 2 minutes.
    Spread cake pieces in 9 x 9-inch square pan. Pour yogurt over cake.
    Spread evenly.
    Pour strawberries over top.
    Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
    To serve, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Thaw 1 to 2 hours.
