Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. dry white wine or cider
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. rosemary
Preparation

Gradually beat oil into wine or cider.
Stir in the remainder of the ingredients.
Pour marinade over the chicken, cover and chill 2 to 3 hours, turning at least twice.
