Herb Coated Radishes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch trimmed radishes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. fennel seed
    1/8 tsp. basil
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Place radishes in a small saucepan.
    Cover with salted water. Simmer over low heat, covered, until tender (10 to 12 minutes). Drain well.
    Add butter, thyme, basil, fennel seed and white pepper.
    Stir over medium heat until radishes are well coated. Serve immediately.
