Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce
chopped green peppers
3 pieces celery
3 or 4 spring onions, chop top off
1 grated carrot
2 c. or 1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 can sauerkraut
Preparation

Boil and cool, but not too cool, the sugar, cider vinegar and corn oil.
Set aside.
Chop or cut the celery and radishes. Drain the sauerkraut, rinse and redrain.
Mix all vegetables and pour mixture overall.
Let stand at least 4 hours or fix a day ahead.
