Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh sliced rhubarb
1 pt. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. regular rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
-
Combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and flour well.
Place mixture in 8 x 1 1/2-inch round baking dish or 8 x 8 x 2-inch or whatever works.
