Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft; blend with sugar.
Add fruit and nuts.
Whip
the cream; add vanilla and powdered sugar to the whipped cream mixture.
Fold whipped cream mixture into cheese mixture.
Grease a large rectangular pan lightly with mayonnaise and pour mixture into pan.
Freeze at least 6 hours before serving.
Cut into serving portions and serve on lettuce leaves.
Serves 6 - 8.
