Ham Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can chunky ham
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well.
Chill until almost firm.
Shape into ball.
Roll in pecans, coating well. Serve with crackers or assorted breads.
Yield:
4 to 6 servings.
