Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
6 eggs, boiled
1 medium onion
1/2 c. sweet pickles
1/4 c. dill pickles
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Peel, slice and cook potatoes.
When potatoes are tender, drain and mash.
Add the chopped up boiled eggs.
Dice onion and add to potatoes.
Add the pickles, mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
Stir all ingredients together until mixed well.
Add salt to taste. More mayonnaise or mustard may be added if desired.
Garnish with paprika.
