Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried basil
15 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 large zucchini
salad oil
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs with fork.
Mix bread crumbs, oregano, basil, salt and garlic on a large flat dish.
Slice zucchini 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
One at a time, dip into egg and coat with bread crumb mix. Cover bottom of pan with oil.
Fry zucchini a few at a time, turning often, until brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
Thinly slice cheese. Spread some tomato sauce in pan, single layer of zucchini.
Spoon tomato sauce and layer Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, topping with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.
