Beef Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef tips, sliced thin
    1 c. green onions, sliced diagonally
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced thin
    1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1 c. fresh bean sprouts
    1 bunch fresh spinach, stems removed
    1 clove minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 full packet artificial sweetener
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. homemade beef stock
Preparation
    Brown meat in Teflon pan or Wok with 1/4 c. water.
    Add more water if necessary.
    Add remaining ingredients except spinach and bean sprouts.
    Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
    Add spinach and bean sprouts.
    Mix again.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately over cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
