Crazy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 large egg
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
6 apples, peeled and sliced
4 Tbsp. sugar with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

Preparation

In large bowl, combine butter, sugar and egg; beat until smooth.
Add milk; beat until fluffy.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to mixture; beat until smooth. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay apple slices on top. Sprinkle with sugar mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove; sprinkle top with heavy cream and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
