Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large summer squash
    2 large onions, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 or more cheese slices
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil sliced squash and onions until tender; drain.
    Put half in a greased baking dish; add salt and pepper, 1/2 can soup and 4 slices of cheese.
    Then add remaining squash.
    Add other 1/2 can of soup, cheese and crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
