Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 finely chopped bell pepper
    1 c. water
    6 c. crumbled corn bread
    4 c. bread crumbs
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. turkey or chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and bell pepper in water in saucepan over low heat until tender; drain.
    Combine with corn bread and bread crumbs in bowl.
    Add eggs, butter, sage, salt and enough broth to make moist consistency.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through, but not dry.
    Yield: 10 servings or more.
