Herbed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder fillets
    2 Tbsp. soft margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. crumbled dried leaf sage
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Arrange frozen fillets on foil covered rack of broiler pan. Mix margarine, onion, sage and thyme.
    Spread over fillets.
    Set oven control to broil and/or 550\u00b0.
    Broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat, brushing occasionally with margarine, until fillets flake easily with fork 10 to 12 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
