Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. milk or water
2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine eggs, salt and milk. Add flour or enough to make a stiff dough. Roll thin on floured surface. Let stand a half hour. Cut into strips and let dry 2 hours or so. Add to chicken broth or soup of your choice.
