Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled and boned chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 small carton sour cream
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    In bottom of Pyrex dish, layer crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Mix soup, broth and sour cream together.
    Add cut up chicken; stir. Pour on top of crumbled crackers.
    Top this mixture with additional crumbled crackers and drizzle melted oleo over cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
