Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    8 slices cubed bread (no crusts)
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain off fat.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix other ingredients.
    Then add sausage.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish (covered) and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer.
