Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 to 8 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, cream of tartar, butter and corn syrup in large heavy kettle.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda.
    Pour over popped popcorn.
    Stir well until coated. Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool and store in an airtight container.
