Cantonese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can Chinese vegetables
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add onions, celery and beef and cook until meat is brown.
    Add soy sauce, soups and vegetables.
    Turn mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with noodles.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
