Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    2 eggs
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.
    Beat eggs and mix with water, flour, sesame seed and salt to make a batter.
    Heat oil over medium heat.
    Dip chicken
    in
    batter
    and fry in hot oil until golden brown (about
    5 minutes), turning once.
    Drain on a paper towel.
    Serves
    6.
    Good
    served
    with
    sweet and sour sauce.
