Chicken With Chinese 5 Spice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. 5 Spice powder
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 tsp. oyster sauce
    1 bunch scallions (green onions)
    1 bunch fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry chicken.
    Mix all ingredients, except scallions and cilantro.
    Rub chicken with some of the sauce.
    Chop scallions in 2-inch lengths.
    Stuff scallions and cilantro in cavity.
    Pour in the rest of the sauce.
    Roast at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until juices run clear when poked.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
