Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, stir together sugar, cocoa, salt, and milk until partially blended.
    Put butter on top in center of dish.
    Put dish in microwave on high for 2 minutes or until milk feels warm on bottom.
    Stir vigorously until smooth.
    Not important for butter to be completely melted.
    Blend in vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into wax paper lined dish.
    Chill for 1 hour. Makes 20 squares.
