Tex-Mex Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1/4 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. steak sauce
    4 dashes hot sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook or microwave potatoes until 3/4 done with peelings on. Cut the potatoes into lengthwise spears and marinate in the remaining ingredients for 1 hour.
    Grill over direct heat for 15 minutes, turning often, and basting with the marinade.
    Or grill over indirect heat for 25 minutes.
