Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
    1 small bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 small jar apricot jam/preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet; add chopped onion and chicken breasts.
    Brown on both sides of chicken.
    Mix dressing, jam and onion soup mix together.
    Pour over chicken breasts and cook until tender (approximately 20 to 25 minutes).
    Serve with steamed rice and broccoli flowerets also steamed.
