Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 whole chicken
    4 celery stalks
    1 onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken with 2 stalks celery and 1/2 of onion.
    Brown; add salt and pepper.
    Cook until done, about 1 hour.
    Drain and debone chicken; save broth.
    Boil spaghetti in in leftover broth. Rinse and drain.
    Saute remaining celery and onion.
    Add Ro-Tel and soups; heat.
    Add chicken and spaghetti and mix well.
    Cube cheese and mix in large pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
