Fruit Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    2 c. unsweetened fruit juice (such as apple, grape, cherry, any kind)
    10 pkg. low calorie sugar substitute
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soft gelatin in 1 cup of juice.
    Heat to a boil the other cup of juice.
    Remove from heat.
    Add juice with softened gelatin. Add lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes.
    Add sweetener.
    Makes 2 1/2 pints.
    Store in refrigerator.
