Linzer Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    raspberry jam
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine butter, milk, egg and almond extract.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add sugar and cinnamon.
    Add butter mixture to flour mixture.
    Pour into 12 greased muffin cups.
    Insert 1/2 teaspoon raspberry jam into each muffin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
    Cool in pans on wire racks for 5 minutes.
    Dust tops with confectioners sugar.
