Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix soup, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Add to other ingredients; mix lightly.
Put in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Cover lightly with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
