Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon, unfried
    8 fresh tomatoes or 1 pt. canned
    8 slices cheese
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/3 c. rice, uncooked
    6 c. zucchini, unpeeled and sliced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, onion, rice and seasonings.
    Pour tomatoes over this. Add cheese and bacon on top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
