Carrot And Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 1/4 c. sliced radishes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    fresh parsley sprigs (garnish)
Preparation
    Toss carrots with cabbage and radishes.
    Chill.
    To make dressing, beat olive oil with vinegar, onion, salt and pepper. Toss salad with dressing.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs (optional). Enjoy!
