Maria'S Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    black pepper to taste
    4 boneless chicken breasts (boneless pork also can be used)
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. Marsala
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix flour and pepper.
    Dredge chicken to coat.
    Shake off excess flour.
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter and oil in skillet.
    Add chicken.
    Cook about 8 minutes (4 minutes each side).
    Remove from skillet and keep warm.
    Add onion and garlic; saute in oil mix. Add mushrooms and garlic; saute in oil mix.
    Add mushrooms and cook only abut 3 minutes.
    Return chicken to pan; add wine and broth.
    Reduce heat and cook until juices thicken.
    Add remaining butter.
    Serve warm.
