Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. orange juice or light cream
    3 egg whites, well beaten
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix together the potatoes, egg yolks, 2 tablespoons butter, sugar, baking powder and orange juice or light cream.
    Fold into potatoes the egg whites and chopped pecans.
    Place in 1 tablespoon buttered casserole or ring.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 8.
