Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Have ingredients at room temperature.
    Cream the butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add flour that has been sifted with baking powder and salt, alternating with milk.
    Add lemon extract and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Place in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove cake and glaze while hot.
