Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) bottle real bacon pieces
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 large pkg. fresh mushrooms (medium to large caps work best)
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms, separating the caps and the stems.
    Save the stems for another use.
    Blend remaining ingredients and fill mushroom caps. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
