Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
6 to 8 red radishes, chopped
1/4 c. cucumber dressing
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Bake cornbread and cool. Crumble in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and chill. Note: Do not cover airtight.
