Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound lean pork cut into 1/4 inch cubes
    1 can tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 can mild diced green chilies
    5 c. water
    1 can hot green chilies
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 tsp. Oregano
    1 minced garlic clove
    2 1/2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
    Put in crock-pot and cook all day on low or simmer in dutch oven until done.
    I thicken it with cornstarch and water mixture to the consistency I like.
