Vegetarian Pizza 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. (small) Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry)
    12 to 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    vegetables of your choice (shredded carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, red cabbage, etc.)
Preparation
    Place crescent rolls flat on an ungreased cookie sheet to form the dough.
    Bake as directed.
    Cool.
