Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cut and cubed
    1 very large white onion, cut up
    4 to 6 stalks celery, cut small
    1 pt. half and half
    2 to 3 sticks real butter
Preparation
    Barely cover the potatoes, onion and celery with water and boil about 20 minutes.
    Skim off most water, but don't drain.
    Add half and half and butter.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Cover and let set.
