"Free" Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

canned tomatoes
green beans
carrots
shredded cabbage
chopped onions
chopped broccoli
chopped celery
Preparation

Vary amounts of each vegetable to suit your own taste.
Put all in a soup pot.
Season with herbs to taste.
Simmer until vegetables are just slightly crisp, not soft.
This is very low in fat and calories so you can eat all you want.
