Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. corn (fresh, canned or frozen, thawed)
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine the liquid ingredients in another bowl.
    Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.
    Add the corn.
    Stir just until blended. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 12 muffins.
