Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Flako corn muffin mix
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream-style corn
1 medium onion
Preparation

Mix muffin mix according to directions.
Add other ingredients.
Pour mixture into greased pan or muffin pan and bake in oven preheated to 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
Test with toothpick by sticking it in center of bread.
Serves approximately 8.
