Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

In large bowl, sift together sugar and flour. In saucepan, bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil.
Pour over flour-sugar mixture.
Add buttermilk, vanilla, soda, eggs and cinnamon.
Mix and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Make icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
