Apple Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 3/4 lb.)
4 c. chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples (about 2 medium)
1 c. coarsely shredded carrot,
1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss well and set aside.
Combine next 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Toss gently.
Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
Yields 16 servings.
Contains about 54 calories and 1.8 grams of fat per 1/2-cup serving.
