Buttery Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    melted butter
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Scald milk; stir in 1/4 cup butter, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add unbeaten eggs, yeast and flour.
    Beat vigorously.
    Cover and let rise in warm place (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) about 1 hour.
    Stir well and spoon into greased muffin pan cups, filling them about 1/2 full.
    Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk (about 30 minutes).
    Pour 1/2 teaspoon melted butter over each roll; bake in preheated moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
