Garden Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. fusilli pasta
    4 c. vegetables (carrots, zucchini, broccoli or any vegetables of your choice), cut into matchsticks
    1 can chopped olives
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 medium cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Pasta:
    Cook pasta with oil and salt.
    Drain and cool.
